ADMISSION FROM CLASS I TO IX FOR OPEN SEATS SESSION 2025-26

ADMISSION PROCESS

The School admits children of all castes, creeds and communities. 
 For admission to the Class I, a student should have attained the age of 5+ as on 31st March of the year of admission. The minimum age for higher classes is determined accordingly.

1. Registration forms are available in the school office between 9 am to 12 noon on all working days.
2. Application forms duly filled should be deposited in the school office on notified dates and time along with specified documents which are as follows:-

FOR CLASS I

1. Two Passport size photographs
2. Photocopy of AADHAR CARD of the Child and Parents.
3. Kindly Submit any of the following documents as proof:

1. Birth certificate under the Births, Deaths and Marriages Certification Act, 1886.
2. Birth certificate issued by any Hospital/Auxiliary Nurse/Magistrate & Midwife (ANM)

4. Residential Proof (Any One):

1. Aadhar Card (of Father/Mother) 
2. Ration Card issued in the name of parents (mother/father having name of the child)
3. Voter I-Card (of Father/Mother)
4. Electricity Bill / MTNL telephone Bill / Water Bill.
5. Driving License

FOR CLASS II TO IX

1. Two Passport size photographs.
2. Photocopy of AADHAR CARD of the Child and Parents.
3. School Leaving Certificate signed by concerned Education Officer.
4. Residential Proof (Any One):

1. Aadhar Card (of Father/Mother)
2. Ration Card issued in the name of parents (mother/father having name of the child)
3. Voter I-Card (of Father/Mother)
4. Electricity Bill / MTNL telephone Bill / Water Bill.
5. Driving License

5. Photocopy of Report Card of Previous School.

FOR CLASS XI

1. Two Passport size photographs.
2. Photocopy of AADHAR CARD of the Child and Parents.
3. School Leaving Certificate signed by concerned Education Officer.
4. Residential Proof (Any One):

1. Aadhar Card (of Father/Mother)
2. Ration Card issued in the name of parents (mother/father having name of the child)
3. Voter I-Card (of Father/Mother)
4. Electricity Bill / MTNL telephone Bill / Water Bill.
5. Driving License

1. Photocopy of Class X Board Mark Sheet.

ALLOCATION OF POINTS FOR ADMISSION TO GENERAL CATEGORY          

1. Neighbourhood       -           70 point

1. 0 – 1 km – 70 points
2. 1 – 3 km – 60 points
3. 3 – 7 km – 50 points

2. Sibling                                   -           10 points
3. Girl child                              -           10 points
4. Single Parent                        -           5 points
5. Alumni                                  -           5 points
